• 用餐時間約2-3小時

• 廚師會在用餐時間前1小時到達場地準備

• 客人可以指定款式，但需要看時令季節

• 追加熟食/拖羅/海膽 $180位，必需預訂 

• 不設加一。價錢不包飲品酒水，客人可自備，不收開瓶費

• 客人需承擔來回貨van車資

• 各式料理最低消費$8000，如地點有樓梯需廚師上落另加$1000搬運費

• 餐後廚師會還原廚房

• 另有鐡板燒、天婦羅料理、全熟菜單、兒童菜單、素食菜單

• 菜式是乎日本供貨，可能更改

Minimum spending HK$ 8000, extra $1000 for dining location with staircases. No service charge . Drinks and alcoholic beverages are NOT included, guests may bring their own without corkage fee. Additional transportation charge is required. Chef will arrive your home one hour before the meal starts. Chef will do a basic clean up of the kitchen before they leave. Extra hot dish, toro, uni at $180. Tailor-made menu, Tempura menu , vegetarian menu, kids menu, Tsukimi menu is available.
