課程內容
1. 開胃小食分享:煙三文魚酸忌廉吐司/ 牛油果蕃茄芝士吐司 (選一)
2. 學員親手搓麪粉,學習手造正宗意大利寬麵
3. 將麵煮成 :8頭虎蝦濃蝦汁蕃茄麵/ 燉鴨肉麵/ 燉牛肉麵 (選一)
4. 合力製作甜品 :經典提拉米蘇
5. 學員一同享用食物

[導師介紹]
Chef Li 學藝於巴黎藍帶廚藝學校,曾任職多間米芝連星級餐廳,包括香港置地文華酒店的二星餐廳Amber、香港州際酒店一星餐廳Rech by Alain Ducasse、台北二星餐廳 L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon。另外,也曾任職香港半島酒店Felix、Maze Grill by Gordon Ramsay,亦曾於巴黎、澳洲工作。Hugo 也曾在不同烹飪教室工作,主要教授麵點蛋糕。

Homemade pasta with your bare hand, no machine is needed! You are going to make fresh pasta from scratch and cook it into a delicious pasta dish.Guest may stay in RENT-A-KITCHEN to enjoy some party times and taste their own cooking after the class !

HK$900 per person (minimum 6 people for private class)

Instructor
Chef Hugo graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. He has worked in multiple Michelin restaurants including two stars Amber in Mandarin Oriental Hotel, one star Rech by Alain Ducasse in Intercontinental Hotel、two stars L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Taipei.
Also, he is also a chef in Feliz in Peninsula, Maze Grill by Gordon Ramsay. He has worked overseas in Paris and Australia. He was also an instructor in a cooking studio specialised in cake and bakery.
