士多啤梨大福及Pizza 親子烹飪班
1. 和風海鮮Pizza
小朋友們將學習如何製作pizza麵團,使其發酵(約2小時),並選擇自己喜歡的海鮮配料,親手焗製熱辣辣的pizza,即場和大家分享。每人製作一個8吋pizza 。
2. 士多啤梨大福
選用綿綿的雙色大福皮,填滿新鮮的士多啤梨餡料,再點上黃豆粉或片粟粉。更可為大福加上可愛裝飾,讓它們成為一個令人垂涎的點心。每人可取走4個成品。
適合:7歲以上
Hands-On Parent-Child Workshop: Bake Pizza & Craft Sweet Daifuku
1. Japanese-Style Seafood Pizza
Children will learn how to make pizza dough and allow it to rise (about 2 hours). They can then choose their favorite seafood toppings and bake their own hot, fresh pizza to share with everyone. Each participant will make one 8-inch pizza.
2. Strawberry Daifuku
Using soft, dual-colored mochi skins, participants will fill them with fresh strawberry filling, then dust with soybean flour or corn starch. They can also add cute decorations, turning the daifuku into irresistible treats. Each participant can take home 4 pieces.
