2. 呼吸練習
吹雲朵:慢慢呼吸,像把雲朵吹走一樣。
3. 烹飪活動
A. 彩蛋裝飾
提供已煮好的雞蛋。
使用天然染料與無毒彩色筆。
小朋友自由設計並裝飾自己的彩蛋。
B. 兔兔三文治
食材:全麥麵包、奶油芝士或果仁醬、水果及蔬菜。
示範如何製作兔子形狀。
小朋友親手製作屬於自己的兔兔三文治。
C. 復活節鳥巢甜點
食材:米通、蜂蜜、朱古力、迷你彩蛋。
指導混合並塑造成鳥巢形狀。
用糖針或朱古力裝飾。
4. 休息與享用小食
品嚐完成的三文治或甜點。
分享學到的技巧與最喜歡的部分。
5. 清潔時間
分配清潔任務。
教導如何安全清理工作區。
6. 結尾與分享
展示彩蛋設計與甜點作品。

Join us for a fun and engaging Easter cooking class designed for 5- to 10 year-old

3. Cooking Activities
A. Decorating Easter Eggs
- Pre-boiled eggs provided.
- Use natural dyes and non-toxic markers.
- Kids design and decorate their eggs.
B. Making Bunny Sandwiches
- Ingredients: Whole grain bread, cream cheese or nut butter, fruits, and veggies.
- Demonstration on creating bunny shapes.
- Kids create their own sandwiches.
C. Easter Nest Treats
- Ingredients: Rice cereal, honey, chocolate, mini eggs.
- Instructions to mix and shape into nests.
- Decorate with sprinkles or chocolate.
4. Break and Snack Time
- Enjoy completed snacks (bunny sandwiches or treats).
- Share what they learned and favorite parts.
5. Clean-Up
- Assign clean-up tasks.
- Teach how to safely clean their work area.
