當然可以!我們的課程設計考慮了各個級別的學員,包括初學者及對酒已有一定認識的高階學員。品酒師會根據客人程度去解釋專業概念並引導學員品嚐不同味道。
需要提前預約多久?
建議至少提前2週預約,紅白酒到戶配送服務則需時準備。
可以選擇特定產區或年份的紅白酒嗎?
可以。我們可根據您的喜好與預算,挑選特定產區、酒莊或年份的葡萄酒。建議客人先致電與我們的品酒師諮詢,以確認所選產地及年份的品質是否優良。
試酒會最少人數?
人數少至 1–2 位亦可安排。專業品酒師上門授課,每 2 小時只需 HK$1000,另加紅、白酒費用。酒款不一定昂貴,有些非天價的葡萄酒同樣別具特色,市面少見,值得一試。常見的小組人數約為 8–20 位。
可以提供食物搭配嗎?
可以。我們提供wine-pairing 服務。你可自行安排食物, 也可訂配會我們的上門廚師服務。
